Today was the UK Soo Bahk Do North West region grading. A big congratulations to all our students that took part. We were very happy with everyones performance. All the weeks of hard work and dedication paid off. We had a great time at the UK Soo Bahk Do 2019 Seminar with Master Xavier Dufour SBN.(Belgium) and Master Jamie Robson SBN. (N. Ireland). SBN. Robson took the first half of the 4 hour session with a energetic warm-up and stretching exercises. a lot of focus on side snap kick improvement. After refreshments SBN Xavier Dufour took over to show us new applications on old techniques. There were many impressive demonstrations and a good time was had by all. Next time we hope more
