First students success in first grading!
We are very pleased that our first students have been promoted to 9th (Gu) guep . Katy and Roy did us (and themselves ) proud. They will be able to build on this in September at the next UK Soo Bahk Do Federation grading, where they will be joined by more of our students. UK Soo Bahk Do grading is in 7 days time. The times and location can be found on our members handy info section. Get there early to get a parking space, also use the time prior to warm up , stretch and revise your techniques. This is important as you will find it eases any nerves you have.
