New Members, New video!
The last two weeks have been really successful for our club, we have seen many valued new members join. Miles and Chris have enjoyed enlightening these new members to the benefits of Soo Bahk Do. It is great to see their willingness to learn, and in the next few weeks it will be ultra satisfying to see their efforts come to fruition. Also our video to promote Soo Bahk Do was released. This has been more successful than we thought and we have had a huge amount of compliments f

Its great to see new members join our club in the past few weeks. This week it was satisfying to see the first batch of students complete basic form 1 unaided! Also everyone football skills are improving and its starting to get really competitive. #RainfordKarate #StHelensKarate #UKSooBahkDo
